the hotel have a beautiful garden with a lovely swimming pool. the decoration were nice and the staff is friendly. the hygiene are good too, so i'm glad to see that.
the room were cramped for two people and the floor was filthy. there was no hand wash soap in the bathroom and the shower was dirty. some lights didn't turn on, so the room were constantly dark .

The location is EXCELLENT. the hotel sits right next to the train station. i also found the staff polite. They helped me book a taxi to the airport early in the morning. the room was very clean, this is much appreciated.
The signal to the tv was poor. It was nearly impossible to watch.

i enjoyed the breakfast area that looked really good, offering fresh options each morning i was there, also the area was always tidy and the hotel provided paper towels immediately when needed. drinks were available at any time.

staff are helpful and cute. they always make sure guests are comfortable, and i experienced a smooth check in and checkout processes at the front desk. i received quick responses and assistance whenever i had questions.
